Using the Prospect Feature

About Prospect

The Prospect feature provides users with the ability to add or edit Guest Cards, User Defined memos, and Free Form memos. Prospect has been designed with simplicity in setup and ease of use as the primary focuses.

Procedures

To Add or Edit a Guest Card

  1. After logging into QuickTask, tap the Prospect icon . Properties you have access to appear.
  2. Tap a Property. Any existing Guest Cards appear for that property. If there are no Guest Cards, the list will be blank.
  3. Follow instructions for To Add a Guest Card or To Edit a Guest Card.

TO ADD A GUEST CARD

  1. Tap the plus sign + at the top right corner of the page.
  2. Enter information in the fields.
  3. When done entering information:
    1. Tap close keyboard key, if necessary;
    2. Swipe to the bottom of the page; and then
    3. Tap Save Guest Card.

TO EDIT A GUEST CARD

  1. Tap a Guest Card to open it.
  2. Edit fields.
  1. When done entering information:
    1. Tap close keyboard key, if necessary;
    2. Swipe to the bottom of the page; and then
    3. Tap Save Guest Card.

To Add or Edit a Guest Card Memo

  1. After logging into QuickTask, tap the Prospect icon . Properties you have access to appear.
  2. Tap a Property. Any existing Guest Cards appear for that property. If there are no Guest Cards, the list will be blank.
  3. Follow instructions for To Attach a Memo to a Guest Card or To Edit a Guest Card Memo.

TO ATTACH A MEMO TO A GUEST CARD

  1. Tap a Guest Card to open it.
  2. Tap the Notepad icon ( / ) in the upper-right corner and then tap Show Memos. Any existing memos appear for that Guest Card. If no memos exist, the list will be blank.
  3. Tap the plus sign + at the top-right corner of the page.
  4. Select Free Form Memo or Required Guest Card Memo. The memo form opens.
  5. When done entering information:
    1. Tap close keyboard key ( / ), if necessary;
    2. Swipe to the bottom of the page; and then
    3. Tap Save Guest Memo.

TO EDIT A GUEST CARD MEMO

  1. Tap a Guest Card to open it.
  2. Tap the Notepad icon ( / ) in the upper-right corner and then tap Show Memos. Any existing memos appear for that Guest Card. If no memos exist, the list will be blank. In this case, refer to instructions To Attach a Memo to a Guest Card.
  3. Tap the Guest Card you want to edit. Editable Guest Cards show Effective and Expiration dates on the right side of the line followed by “ > “.

  4. Edit the memo.
  1. When done entering information:
    1. Tap close keyboard key ( / ), if necessary;
    2. Swipe to the bottom of the page; and then
    3. Tap Save Guest Memo.
